11:45 a.m. Animal control was notified about a possum stuck on a ledge at a residence on Bow Street.
3:57 p.m. Concord police met Bedford police at the town line to transport a Concord resident home after he totaled his vehicle.
4:16 p.m. Police located a vehicle on Love Lane after the caller reported he could not find it in the parking lot at the Concord Train Depot after locking it in the morning. No issues.
6:33 p.m. Concord Public Works was notified about a low-hanging tree branch on Virginia Road by Quail Run Drive that was not causing any hazards.
Friday, June 16
3:55 a.m. An unoccupied vehicle parked in front of The Guild for Human Services on Virginia Road had damage to the passenger side doors.
8:42 a.m. Animal control was notified about an injured bird found on Virginia Road that morning.
10:52 a.m. Main Street was closed after a motor-vehicle crash. Two vehicles were towed and the road reopened.
11:34 a.m. A motor-vehicle crash on Main Street resulted in no injuries and a paper exchange.
1:49 p.m. A female requested somebody to standby with her while waiting for an Uber while her car was being towed at the entrance of Emerson Hospital on Old Road to Nine Corners, ORNAC. Emerson security to respond.
2:44 p.m. Both right lanes on Route 2 westbound at ORNAC were shut down after a multiple vehicle crash. Four tows needed and state police notified.
3:13 p.m. Minor motor-vehicle crash on Main Street in the parking lot with paper exchange.
5:21 p.m. Minor motor-vehicle crash on Lowell Road with paper exchange.
6:02 p.m. A female who doesn’t live in the area walking down the breakdown lane of Route 2 approaching Walden Street was transported to the West Concord Depot.
7:26 p.m. The operator of a motor vehicle that hit the yield sign on Route 2 east coming into the rotary appeared intoxicated. Transported to Emerson.
Saturday, June 17
12:54 a.m. A party parked in the parking lot of the rotary Gulf was taking a nap. No issues.
12:06 p.m. MassDOT was advised after a light at the intersection of Route 2 and Walden Street was reported to be not working.
12:08 p.m. A dead skunk on Monument Street was to be removed by the highway department on Tuesday.
2:10 p.m. A black Audi SUV in a no parking zone made it difficult for residents to get out of a driveway on Main Street. Citation issued.
3:45 p.m. The driver of a vehicle reported to be driving in and out of the lanes on Sudbury Road inbound checked OK and said she was still getting used to her new vehicle.
Sunday, June 18
1:03 a.m. The owner of a vehicle at Concord Turnpike and ORNAC was checking his tires. No issues.
1:22 a.m. The operator of a vehicle that failed to stop for a period of time, pulled over in the vicinity of Route 2 west at Main Street, was arrested.
6:56 a.m. Route 2 westbound traffic was routed down Sudbury Road after a tree fell across the roadway of Route 2. DOT notified and removed the tree.
11:57 a.m. The operator of a Jeep Cherokee reported to be swerving in and out of lanes and crossing the center line at Williams and Old Marlboro roads pulled into the parking lot of Main Street. The operator appeared to be OK and was unaware of any driving issues.
1:13 p.m. A resident on Monument Street reported property was missing and believes somebody has taken it.
3:34 p.m. A golden retriever with no owner around walked into a yard on Granite Post Road. Animal control notified.
6:57 p.m. Concord Municipal Light Plant will replace the bulb out in the red light on Sudbury Road turning onto Thoreau Street on Tuesday, as the bulb was not in stock for immediate repair.
Monday, June 19
9:10 a.m. Police requested a heavy-duty tow truck to remove a semi-truck with excavation equipment that broke down at Monsen Road and Main Street.
12:09 p.m. A caller reported a baby snapping turtle at the intersection of Upland and Old Marlboro roads was almost run over several times. Animal control notified.
Tuesday, June 20
1:23 a.m. The operator of a vehicle at Main and Elm streets was attempting to locate an address on Bedford Street.
8:53 a.m. A tractor trailer unit unloading at ORNAC was not disabled.
9:47 a.m. A resident of Everett Street reported vehicles were parked in a no parking zone. The trucks will be moved into a driveway.
4:17 p.m. Police were not able to gain entry to a vehicle on Pine Street with the keys locked inside. They called for roadside assistance.
5:44 p.m. While checking in with West Concord Wine and Spirits and the West Concord Pharmacy, an officer gave two juveniles and their parents a tour of Car 5.
8:16 p.m. A sinkhole on Caterina Heights by the electrical box was coned off and DPW notified.
10:55 p.m. No apparent change in the hole.
Wednesday, June 21
3:04 a.m. A caller on Main Street reported hearing an animal possibly in distress on McCallar Lane. Officer heard nothing.
7:34 a.m. State police responded to a reported motor-vehicle crash on Route 2 west just before Walden Street involving a vehicle and a minivan school bus. No injuries.
8:20 a.m. Police did not find a large piece of metal reported through state police to be in the roadway by Concord Gas and the Best Western on Elm Street.
9:13 a.m. A large truck ejecting lots of smoke in the vicinity of Route 2 west and Walden Street had blown its turbo and pulled over to wait for a tow.
9:41 a.m. Police assisted with opening a locked-out vehicle at the West Concord Plaza that was running.
11:53 a.m. A disabled motor vehicle on Baker Avenue Extension at Route 2 had a tow enroute.
2:57 p.m. Police opened a locked-out motor vehicle on Stow Street.
3:11 p.m. A vehicle that died in the travel lane at Main and Thoreau streets was pushed into a parking spot. AAA enroute.
3:52 p.m. A female found a large brown dog in her yard on Holdenwood Drive with tags but didn’t want to go near it. Animal control notified.
4:14 p.m. Animal control notified about a deceased turtle in the middle of Peter Spring Road with turtle eggs.
