Jane F. (Scannell) Inferrera, age 83, of Concord, passed away peacefully with her husband and daughters by her side on December 18, 2023. She was the loving wife of Domenic C. Inferrera, with whom she shared 61 years of marriage.
Born on May 19, 1940 in Manchester, New Hampshire, Jane was the daughter of the late Humphrey and Mary (O’Dea) Scannell.
During her professional life, Jane held secretarial positions for various companies, including working for her friend Rosalie Crosby’s company, Girl Friday Associates, and later for Concord Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Always family-oriented, Jane played an integral role in her grandchildren’s lives. Simply put, they were the light of her life, and she never hesitated to put them before her own needs. They will always treasure the unconditional love and unbreakable bond they shared with their “Ge”. Jane will also be remembered as a devoted Boston sports fan, an avid reader and a fabulous cook who took immense joy in preparing large, delicious meals for her family.
In addition to her husband, she will be profoundly missed by her dedicated daughters, Mary Jane Silva and her husband, Daniel, of Acton and Susan Drozdoff and her husband, Leo, of Carson City, NV, along with her three beloved grandchildren, Mark Silva, Benjamin Drozdoff and his wife Cynthia, and Alexandra Drozdoff and her husband Mhervin Dagdagan. She was predeceased by her sister and best friend, Natalie McCluskey. Jane is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
