Now’s your annual chance to get an update on the source and quality of the water you drink.
In accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, Concord Public Works’ Water and Sewer Division has prepared its Annual Water Quality Report to inform customers of vital health and safety issues.
View the report by visiting concordma.gov/wqreport or read the PDF right here.
2023-Annual-Water-Quality-Report-CYThis is the twelfth year Concord has distributed the report electronically — a move Public Works says has increased readership, saved more than $4,000 on printing and distribution, and allowed the town to track website hits and collect data on its outreach.
“While these savings are meaningful, it is most important that we reach as many customers as possible with the information provided,” the department said in announcing the report’s release.
“As such, Concord Public Works has made a concerted effort to make our water customers aware of this electronic delivery method [by] providing notice in The Concord Bridge, as well as by sending a mailing with the direct link to the report to all postal patrons in town.”
