For the second straight year, the Concord-Carlisle girls swimming and diving team won the Dual County League Championship meet, beating both Lincoln-Sudbury and Weston High Schools.

“I’m so proud of everyone on this team,” said senior captain Katie Dillon. “It’s been such a great season, and between our hard work and the DCLs magic, we had so many amazing swims.”

The girls finished their regular season with a 7-1 record.

Meet highlights included first-place finishes by the 200-yard free relay team of Allison Lu, Caroline Hollywood, Hana Baldini, and Reese Philips; Elizabeth Reiling in the 50-yard freestyle; and Bea Turrentini in the 500-yard freestyle.

The boys team took fifth place overall at the meet, held at the Beede Center, and closed out the season 6-4.
