‘Skills, experience, volunteer service’: Support Paul Boehm for Select Board

February 14, 2025

On April 8, I will be voting to support Paul Boehm’s candidacy for the Concord Select Board. As a longtime resident, Paul has been a volunteer actively engaged in the life of our community.  Over the past 15 years, he has served and applied his experiences on multiple town committees, including NMI-Starmet Re-use Planning Committee, Recreation Commission, Warner’s Pond Task Force, and the Community Preservation Committee. Paul has also worked as an environmental scientist (Ph.D.), where he developed the expertise for solving complex problems and communicating and explaining challenging issues to increase public awareness and understanding. This combination of skills, experience, and volunteer service are important for all of us as Concord faces critical decisions in the next few years to address significant land use and financial management issues.

I know Paul’s deep understanding of town governance, his commitment to and care for our community, his willingness to offer and encourage creative ideas, and an ability to actively listen to all Concord residents are among the many reasons why I hope you will join me in voting for Paul Boehm.
