I am writing to express my enthusiastic endorsement of Sandeep Pisharody for the Concord School Committee. I have lived in Concord since 2012 and have children in the Concord public schools. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Sandeep in a professional setting, where he has exemplified the leadership, team building, and community spirit that would make him a successful member of the committee.
With a doctorate in computer science and a career in technology, Sandeep will bring a crucial perspective to help prepare our students for the world they will graduate into. He has actively participated in the Thoreau Parent Teacher Group and has served as the treasurer of the Concord Education Fund, and he’ll bring an analytical and balanced view to the school budget.
Sandeep’s vision embraces diversity, support for students’ well-being, and innovative thinking — these are all qualities of a strong education which will set our kids up for success as students and citizens. Concord’s schools are the pride of our town, and we must maintain standards while ensuring equitable access for all students — goals which Sandeep has a proven commitment to.
I fully support Sandeep for the School Committee and encourage you to vote for him in the upcoming town elections.
