I am writing to endorse Mary Hartman for re-election to the Concord Select Board. In a time of growing fiscal uncertainty, her understanding of the value of local government services and their impact on the lives of the people of Concord is critical. In a time of growing attacks on diversity, Mary Hartman continues to advocate for diversity through policies to help folks with less economic security, including housing that will help our treasured citizens stay right here at home. In a time when women’s rights are increasingly under attack along with opportunities for women’s voices to be heard, I am grateful to have a strong woman in a leadership role in Concord and proud to support her for re-election.
