As long-time residents of Concord as well as neighbors, we believe Mary Hartman is the ideal candidate for the Concord Select Board. With over 15 years in our community, Mary deeply understands our town’s needs and concerns.
Mary’s leadership as the management president of Concord Greene, which includes over 220 households, was proven exemplary. She resolved numerous neighborhood issues and fostered a strong sense of community. Her success in this role inspired her to dedicate herself to the broader needs of the entire town.
Mary’s commitment to sustainability is evident in her initiatives, such as promoting installing a charging station for electric vehicles in Concord Greene, and ensuring apartment residents have access to essential infrastructure. Her vision for a carbon-neutral town showcases her forward-thinking leadership. In addition to her achievements, Mary is a problem solver with deep knowledge of financial stability, crucial for our town’s fiscal health. Under the current circumstances, her experience and proven track record make her uniquely qualified to navigate new challenges effectively, like an energy storage system plan due to the closure of MCI-Concord, and a future Peabody plan.
We are confident that Mary Hartman will make a great impact on our community as a member of the Concord Select Board.
