When Concordians were both awed and maybe a bit intimidated by the potential for MCI-Concord site, Mary convened a strong and balanced advisory committee to define the best use for this amazing site.
When Concordians were looking for new ways to generate revenue, Mary worked with town staff to develop a policy that asks our tax-exempt organizations to pay toward the cost of services provided to them by the town.
When Concordians were hoping for better collaboration between the Finance Committee and the School Committee, Mary hosted joint meetings to begin conversations to prioritize and time future capital spending.
Concord needs Mary’s balanced and collaborative approach to solving the many, complex issues facing our town.
