Irene and Michael Reilly, and Karlen and J. Michael Reed, all of Concord, are thrilled to announce the marriage of their daughter Sammy and their son Ben on May 27.
The wedding took place in a backyard ceremony at Ben and Sammy’s house in Hooksett, NH, where they now reside with their dog Olly. Sammy’s sister, Erin Reilly of Concord, was the maid of honor and Ben’s friend from high school, Satchi Davis of Concord, was the best man. Sammy’s brother, James Reilly of Concord, gave an Irish blessing. Samantha’s cousin, Christene Demers, officiated the ceremony as the Justice of the Peace. Family and friends attended the ceremony and welcomed the new Mr. and Mrs. Reed.
Ben and Sammy attended Concord-Carlisle High School, where they met at WIQH-88.3 FM, the school’s radio station, in 2013. They have dated ever since that time, and their parents wondered if they would ever get married. They did, finally.
Ben attended the University of Maine, Orono, and Middlesex Community College. Ben is now working as an IT professional at Merrimack College in North Andover. Sammy attended Quinnipiac University and is busy setting up house in Hooksett.
