8:38 a.m. Police took a report of a disabled white Land Rover in the middle of the roadway at Old Marlboro and Woodlands roads. The driver called AAA for a tow and the vehicle was removed from the road.
11:12 a.m. Police received a 911 call from a motorist reporting a person following closely behind and hitting the back of his car with an electric bike on Main and Thoreau streets. The biker was described as having long hair and a long beard in winter clothing. The motorist said he was driving to the station but lost the biker when he turned onto Walden St. The cyclist was last seen heading towards Monument Square. Police did not find him.
1:29 p.m. A caller reported a construction vehicle was backing out of a work area on Bedford St. and Old Bedford Rd. and almost hit her, stating the male driver got very upset with her. No collision occurred. Police did not find the construction vehicle but notified the company of the complaint.
2:40 p.m. A caller reported a speeding vehicle on Westford Road to Carlisle or Acton. Vehicle described as a white Lexus SUV. Police left a voicemail for the operator.
6:56 p.m. A caller reported a gray Lexus operating erratically on Old Road to Nine Acre Corner turning onto Sudbury Road. Police did not find the car.
11 p.m. Police checked on a vehicle parked in front of Concord Lumber.
Saturday, Jan. 28
3:18 a.m. Police checked on an Uber driver waiting for the next ride on Lexington Road and Monument Square. No issues.
9:20 a.m. A Brooks Street resident requested assistance with a raccoon in her stairwell. Animal control was advised.
12:40 p.m. A caller reported a parked car blocked the exit in the parking lot behind Walden Liquors. Police located the operator who moved the car, and issued a parking citation.
5:28 p.m. A person dropped off a debit card found at the ATM on Sudbury Rd. Police located the cardholder who retrieved it.
6:51 p.m. Police responded to a Fuller Lane resident who reported she filled out a passport application on a website she thought may be fraudulent.
8:03 p.m. Police received two calls reporting an aggressive driver on Main and Cottage streets. Police checked Main Street to the West Concord Plaza with no luck finding the suspect car. Dispatch determined both callers were calling on each other. An Audi pulled out of a driveway in front of a Jeep, who put on the high beams. Drivers exchanged words at the Main Street and Commonwealth Avenue intersection. No contact between cars and no physical altercation. No further issues.
11:05 p.m. Police stopped a car on Route 2 at Fairhaven Road and issued a summons for operation after revoked registration. The driver was transported to the Best Western Hotel.
Sunday, Jan. 29
1:47 a.m. Police checked on a parked car in the vicinity of the Town House. The driver had pulled aside to use the GPS system.
8:08 a.m. A caller from Main St. reported his gray cat was missing. Animal control was advised.
10:23 a.m. Police issued a citation to a motorist on Sudbury Road and Ornac for a hands-free violation, speeding and no license in possession.
11:56 a.m. A caller from Wilson Roads reported hearing gunshots at the end of Nashoba Road. Police did not find anything.
3:14 p.m. A caller from Estabrook Road reported a person had been driving a tractor through Estabrook Woods every day.
4:42 p.m. A resident of Holdenwood Road reported his dog got lost while walking along the Garfield Road trail. Animal control was notified.
8:03 p.m. A resident of Bradford Street reported a white SUV parked outside for a few hours with the lights on, then moving slowly toward Commonwealth Avenue. Police did not locate the car.
8:23 p.m. A Silver Hill Road resident complained that a German shepard was roaming around the neighborhood all day and chased him and his dog. Animal control followed up.
9:50 p.m. Police checked on a vehicle on Route 2 and Dunkin Donuts where a driver had pulled over to use a cellphone.
Monday, Jan. 30
8:13 a.m. A person turned in a Visa debit card found by the Visitors Center. The bank issuing the card contacted the owner, who said the card had been canceled.
12:12 p.m. A caller reported a trash truck heading out Lowell Road had multiple pieces of paper flying out of the truck onto the roadway. The highway department responded.
2:24 p.m. A caller reported finding a cellphone at Rideout Field. Police retrieved the phone and contacted the owner who picked it up.
3:12 p.m. A caller requested to speak with animal control about a loose dog on conservation land off Squaw Sachem Trail.
Tuesday, Jan. 31
9:35 a.m. A caller reported her car was damaged while parked on Baker Avenue Extension. Police assisted with paper exchange.
11:42 a.m. A commercial truck hauling a dumpster was disabled on Sudbury Road. Police reported the air tank malfunctioned, affecting the brakes. The truck’s operator summoned a mechanic to the scene. The truck was removed from the roadway.
Wednesday, Feb. 1
12:49 a.m. Residents of Bradford Street reported a disturbance. All was calm when police arrived. The residents were advised to follow up with the landlord.
2:57 a.m. Police checked on a vehicle in the Emerson Hospital parking lot that was running and where the operator was asleep. The driver had pulled over to rest and was sent on his way back to Amherst.
5:53 a.m. A two-car crash was reported in the Route 2 rotary. The cars pulled off onto Barrett’s Mill Road. State police followed up.
6:10 a.m. A three-car crash was reported on Route 2 eastbound at the rotary. Police were unsuccessful in trying to locate one of the vehicle’s plates. State police followed up.
2:48 p.m. A staff member of Orchard House reported attempted fraud via intercepted emails.
4:17 p.m. A caller reported an erratic driver on Main Street passing Staffordshire Lane. Police stopped the car and advised the driver of the complaint.
11:26 p.m. A resident of Peter Spring Road reported a car alarm had been going on and off for a few days. Police checked the area and did not hear an alarm.
