The Concord Players’ decennial tribute to Louisa May Alcott opened last weekend with sold-out shows and gushing guests. Little Women, the Broadway Musical brings the story of the March sisters to life here in the town where the original Alcott sisters lived and played. As part of the celebration of all things Louisa May, a set of four Little Women dolls are being raffled off each weekend, proceeds going to the Players. The handmade dolls were lovingly crafted by the sewers of The Players, each with a trunk containing additional accouterments. The final weekend will feature gift items and memorabilia from Orchard House, with those sales benefitting the Alcott home and museum.
