Get It Done is a four-day workshop that helps rising seniors get their college applications ready to submit in the fall.
This program, hosted by Open Door Education, will be held at Concord-Carlisle High School from August 14-17. A morning session will run from 9 a.m. to noon, with an evening session from 5-8 p.m.
Attendees will work to complete their Common Applications and primary college essays, as well as any supplemental essays they may be required to submit. Get It Done instructors Alison Nowicki, PhD and Rebecca Britten Loprete, PhD will provide students with guidance and one-on-one coaching to help them find their voice and craft essays they are proud to send to colleges. Whether a student is on their fourth essay draft or is starting with a blank page, Get It Done will help ensure their college applications and essays are compelling and complete.
