The Concord Cultural Council’s grant period opens on Sept. 1 and closes on Oct. 17. Those organizations interested in applying for a grant can go to www.Massculturalcouncil.org for information about criteria and application forms.
In the FY2024 state budget, $25M was included for programs and services of the Mass Cultural Council, an 11 percent increase. It represents the second highest ever for the creative and cultural sector after the FY88 appropriation.
The town of Concord historically adds to Concord’s share of the state budget for Concord-specific programs that benefit the community.
