The League of Women Voters of Concord-Carlisle will host Concord Police Chief Thomas Mulcahy and Carlisle Police Chief Andrew Amendola at the League’s Fall Meeting on September 27, from 1 to 3 p.m., in the Goodwin Forum at the Concord Free Public Library (and online).
