Calling all adult chamber musicians: Concord Conservatory of Music, in collaboration with the Concord Chamber Music Society, announces the CCM Adult Chamber Music Play-In on Saturday, October 14 from 9 a.m. to noon, giving adult instrumentalists the chance to experience the unique enrichment of making music together.
One of a musician’s greatest joys is creating and collaborating with others. In chamber music, the musician is committed to the ensemble, both musically and personally, to communicate in a way that transcends them as individuals and serves the music we love.
Participants will be placed in groups to play through the repertoire. All players will gather at the end of the morning for a larger group play-in and are invited to bring a bag lunch to enjoy in the garden following the event.
Register at ConcordConservatory.org by October 2 to secure your spot and provide important background information to assist in forming groups and selecting repertoire.
