I am writing to strongly endorse Joe Laurin’s candidacy for the Concord Select Board. As a fellow trustee of The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle and someone who has worked closely with Joe for over four years, I can attest to his exceptional qualities and suitability for this important role in our community.
Through our collaboration at The Scholarship Fund, I have witnessed Joe’s intelligence, analytical prowess, and dedication to serving others. His strong background in strategy consulting, combined with his commitment to helping local students access higher education, demonstrates his capacity for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking. Joe’s ability to identify important issues, ask probing questions, and propose innovative solutions will definitely serve the town of Concord well as it grapples with complex challenges such as budget constraints and maintaining top-quality schools.
Furthermore, Joe’s commitment to the well-being of our community and his strong character and values make him an exemplary candidate for the Select Board. I have seen firsthand his dedication to helping those needing a helping hand and his willingness to advocate for what is right and fair and to donate his time for many community events.
