Congratulations to the leaders of The Concord Bridge for moving the enterprise in the direction of better journalism; with the editors and reporters, the writing, the coverage of topic areas like sports and the arts that are important to many in town but somehow weren’t initially included, and even the story selection, with fewer puffy features and more actual news. There is so much more to be done, including growth online to serve the large part of town that gets their news on electronic devices and a richer Ideas section that could tap the remarkable expertise and experience of our friends and neighbors. But that may lie ahead. For now, congratulations on getting the enterprise started to begin with, and finally moving it toward the journalistic quality Concord wants and deserves.
