When summer weather steams up in Concord, a trip to cooler climes might hit the spot.
Reader Tim Nagaoka writes, “We recently returned from a ten-day trip to Iceland, and our daughter, Lilith Nagaoka, who is a second grader at Willard Elementary School, wanted to take pictures with The Concord Bridge.”
Here’s Lilith at Fjállsarlón, a glacier lagoon on the southern coast.
Lilith wasn’t the only Concordian to venture to Iceland in recent weeks.
The Brainerds brought the Bridge along on their visit to Seljalandsfoss waterfall: “Eston is age 16 and will be a junior next year at CCHS. Jeff and Kimberly, former spouses, took Eston on a spectacular family trip to Iceland to see waterfalls, geysers, volcanic craters, and black sand beaches.”
The Concord Bridge travels well in any climate! Send your best high-resolution photos and a few words about your journey to news@theconcordbridge.org.
