A July 12 Bridge letter to the editor noted that North Andover, along with 25 Franklin County towns, has filed an amicus brief asking to reverse the Land Court’s Estabrook ruling. The Bridge was asked to consider publishing a follow up but I have not seen any further developments. Would the Bridge please give this issue additional scrutiny? Thank you.
