Demo permit in hand, a team from Crosspoint Associates recently broke ground — and more — on the site of the former Papa Razzi trattoria.

A new commercial development at the Elm Street property will become home to a Chipotle, Starbucks, Sally’s Apizza, and Citizens Bank.
