Wednesday, November 13
8:30 a.m. A caller reported a hit-and-run involving their parked car at Nine Acre Convenience & Deli on Sudbury Road. A witness watched the other car leave and took down the plate information. Police are investigating.
10:12 a.m. Police cited four illegally parked cars on Walden Street after staff at a nearby business reported “multiple vehicles” parked in 15-minute spots for “multiple hours.” The cars belonged to construction workers. Police advised the workers to park elsewhere.
4:07 p.m. A Whits End Road caller reported they donated a vehicle about a month ago, but the organization claims to have no record of receiving the donation. The caller suspected the tow company was a scam and had stolen the car.
6:54 p.m. A caller from Baker Avenue reported someone turned in a purse found in a nearby parking lot. Police retrieved the bag and spoke to the owner, who said she was never on Baker Avenue that day and believed someone may have stolen it from her car while it was parked at West Concord Pharmacy. Police are investigating.
Thursday, November 14
3:56 p.m. A High Pine Circle resident reported that someone bought two cellphones using her identity. Police are investigating.
6:28 p.m. A Belknap Court resident called 911 after a van crashed into the side of his house, damaging both the vehicle and property but causing no personal injuries. Police responded.
9:24 p.m. An Allen Farm Lane resident reported that a driver who delivered a package to her home an hour prior was still outside. The driver texted the resident, saying that he needed the product back due to “some software issues.” Police responded.
Friday, November 15
11:53 a.m. A motorist reported a man on an electric bike approached his car in Monument Square and “started verbally harassing him.” The caller pulled over in the rotary, but said the biker took off before police arrived.
1:18 p.m. A Bedford Street caller reported a “possibly sick” raccoon in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. Police notified animal control.
4:25 p.m. A Laws Brook Road resident asked to talk to an officer about “a situation” with an unleashed dog “destroying his property and making his children uncomfortable.” The caller said he contacted the dog’s owner, “which led to a verbal altercation.” Police notified animal control.
6:27 p.m. A woman reported her son was taking pictures of the sunset off Nashawtuc Road when a gray minivan pulled up with two men. The caller said, “the men were uncomfortably close” to her son, prompting him to run from the area.
9:22 p.m. A Bedford Street caller reported a parked car that had been involved in a crash blocking the road. Officers briefly closed the road. A tow truck cleared the car.
9:53 p.m. A 911 caller on Bedford Street reported a “large house party with drinking” on Lexington Road. Asked follow-up questions, the caller hung up and “repeatedly hung up on subsequent 911 call-backs.” Police visited Bedford Street and spoke with the “uncooperative” caller. He told officers the problem house was actually in Lincoln.
Saturday, November 16
1:42 p.m. A Brown Street resident reported their black labradoodle ran away about 15 minutes earlier. The owner called back after finding the dog.
3:45 p.m. A passerby reported a car parked illegally near Estabrook Woods. By the time officers arrived, the car was gone.
11:25 p.m. A 911 caller reported a person trapped inside a vehicle following a two-car rollover crash in the Route 2 rotary. A Concord ambulance took one person to Emerson Hospital. State police handled the investigation.
Sunday, November 17
4:51 a.m. A Concord Turnpike employee reported five men were physically fighting in a parking lot on Route 2, then entered a white sedan and drove off westbound. Officers caught up with the car at the All Town gas station. The passengers said there was no altercation.
5:53 p.m. Staff at a Thoreau Street business called 911 to report patrons attempting to leave without paying. Concord and Lincoln police responded.
Monday, November 18
10:48 a.m. A Walden Street caller reported a raccoon “who appeared to be sick” was walking in circles near the road. Police notified the animal control officer, who took possession of the raccoon.
10:20 p.m. A traffic stop ended in a court summons and a tow for a driver who police stopped for swerving on Route 2 eastbound. Officers cited the driver for having no inspection or insurance and a suspended registration.
Tuesday, November 19
6:08 p.m. Police responded to a crash on Route 2 eastbound near Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, where a vehicle hit a stone wall. A tow truck cleared the car, and officers cited the driver for not having valid insurance or inspection and a suspended registration.
Arraignment Update
Kyle Burton Godsoe, 33, of Fitchburg, was ordered held at Middlesex Jail in lieu of posting $2,500 cash bail following his October 21 arraignment in Concord District Court on charges of possession of burglary tools, a felony, and attempt to commit a crime after police caught him on the roof of Hutchins Farm Stand during an alleged attempted burglary. He is due back in court on December 11.
Auner David Enriquez Ramirez, 35, of Waltham, was released on personal recognizance following his November 12 arraignment in Concord District Court on charges of second-offense drunken driving and having an open container of alcohol while driving. He is due back in court on December 9.
